How much does shipping cost?

How long does standard delivery take?
*All delivery timeframes are an estimate only and Lee & Lou Collections will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.
Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia. For an estimate, visit the Australia Post website and enter ‘4557’ Mooloolaba in the 'From' field.
How long will my order take to arrive ?
As all of our products are handmade and most are made to order, we aim to ship your order within 7 working days of receiving the order. We recommend allowing 10 -14 working days for final delivery.
We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
How do I track my delivery?
All of our orders are sent via courier or Australia post. The tracking details will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please email email@example.com and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been despatched.
What is your returns Policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your delivery is either not what you ordered, or deemed damaged and/or faulty when received, you will need to notify us of the problem within 7 Days of receiving your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with information and provide images detailing the issue. Someone from our customer service team will be in touch. We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any product that you are not entirely satisfied with.
