WHOLESALE ORDER INFORMATION

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing your order you agree to the Terms & Conditions as outlined below:
ORDERING, PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY:
MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT:
Per order - $300 (ex shipping)
Per Period: $1200 per 6 month period (ex shipping)
-Shipping is calculated by total spend & based purely on weight and measurements. We do not overcharge to make any form of profit.
*Please ignore any mention of “free shipping” on the website - this is for retail customers only.
-Orders are sent with tracking by either Australia Post or a courier service.
-Please allow up to 1 week for dispatch.
-Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery.
-Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping address when the order is placed. If the goods are unable to be delivered to the address on the shipping label, there will be fees payable by the business for any redirecting. We take no responsibility for any redelivery charges or loss/damage of goods due to being redirected.
-Once an order is placed, cancellations of orders or change of minds are not permitted; no refunds will be issued as we hand make the products to order.
-All prices include GST
MINIMUM SPEND AMOUNTS: To maintain an active LEE & LOU wholesale account, the following minimum spend amounts must be reached:
-$1200 must be spent on the LEE & LOU wholesale range per 6 month period.
-Place at least 1 order that complies with the minimum spend requirement ($300) within each 3 month period.
HIGH DEMAND PERIODS: Due to high demand for our products such as Christmas, all orders for specific holiday periods may be required to be placed before a cut-off date before the holiday period.
-If a cut-off order date applies at any time, you will be notified via our website and email.
-Where a cut-off order date applies, we cannot guarantee our usual delivery time if an order is submitted after the order cut-off date.
-You acknowledge that once you place an order with us, we may order or manufacture goods, especially for you.
-We may not permit you to vary or cancel the order unless you compensate us for the losses we incur or we otherwise consent.
SALE OF PRODUCT: Lee & Lou products can not be modified in any way for resale or distribution. All products must be sold under the brand name 'Lee & Lou Collections' in the original packaging. If you are unsure about product usage please contact our team to discuss further.
RETAIL PRICING: We reserve the right to alter all pricing at any time unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our website. The RRP is a guide for your reference only and we recommend that you set pricing accordingly to fit your target market for maximum return. RRP must not decrease below the set RRP by Lee & Lou, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/DAMAGED ITEMS: Exchanges/returns for change of mind are not accepted, so please choose carefully. If products are damaged upon arrival, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving them with images of the damage. All Lee & Lou products are handmade, therefore some variation between the same product can occur.
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY: All of our product images are subject to copyright and are the property of Lee & Lou Collections. Approved stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the Lee & Lou website or social media pages for the purpose of promoting the product/s, however, we kindly ask for you to tag us in any images that have been used on your socials.
LIABILITY: Lee & Lou cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
WHOLESALE PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS: We reserve the right to not have our whole collection of products & fragrances available for wholesale purchase. Once logged in, all products which are available for wholesale purchase can be found on the “quick order form”
EXCLUSIVITY: Please note, as a Lee & Lou stockist you do not automatically receive exclusivity in your area.
STOCKIST LOCATOR: All active LEE & LOU stockists who sell from a physical shopfront (not online) will be featured on our “Stockist Locator” page. Our online customers regularly check this page to find stockists in their area. Please advise us of your current shop details/contact info eg. shop address, phone number, website, email etc so we can upload this information into our system. Please also advise us if any of your details change. Your details will only remain on out stockist locator page if regular orders are being made (order made with us minimum every 3 months)
ACCOUNT CANCELLATION: We have the right to refuse or cancel a wholesale account due to changes in circumstance, or if a stockist is misleading in any way or form. We may do this at any time if our brand is being represented in the wrong way.
TESTER POLICY: Product testers are for consumer testing only and are priced accordingly. Stockists believed to be purchasing testers for personal use may have their orders canceled or their account deactivated. A stockist may order a tester for a new range for review, but must then order saleable stock before they are permitted to order a second tester. Tester products are full retail size & have no packaging included. They are to be placed at the front of your display and are solely for customers to sample the scents. Having testers significantly increases your sales, and therefore we recommend they remain part of your display at all times.
CANDLE CARE: It is recommended that the tester candles be covered with a cloche (glass dome). This not only looks beautiful, it also keeps them fresh, the scent strong and stops dust from sitting on the wax.
*IMPORTANT - PLEASE KEEP CANDLES STORED AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT - The heat/light may cause the wax to discolour and/or melt/sweat.
