WHOLESALE ORDER INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE: Bowl Candles & Bloom Candle Refills are not available for wholesale at this point in time.
We truly appreciate your interest in Lee & Lou and can't wait for you to stock our products on your shelves!
WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following agreement outlines the Terms & Conditions of purchasing Lee & Lou products on a wholesale basis. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
ORDERING, PAYMENT & SHIPPING
Minimum Order Amounts:
• Per order: $300 AUD (ex shipping)
• Per period: $1,200 AUD per 6-month period (ex shipping)
Shipping:
• Shipping costs (Australia & International) are calculated based on order weight and dimensions. We do not add any margin to shipping costs.
• Please ignore any mention of “free shipping” on our website — this applies to retail customers only.
• International orders are submitted as draft orders so we can apply a custom shipping rate before issuing the final invoice.
• Orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post or courier.
• Dispatch time is up to 1 week (often sooner).
• Delivery time is typically 2–7 business days (longer for international).
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Any redirection fees or losses due to incorrect details are the responsibility of the stockist.
• Once an order is placed, cancellations or change-of-mind refunds are not accepted, as all products are handmade to order.
• All prices include GST.
ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
To maintain an active wholesale account:
• Minimum spend of $1,200 AUD per 6-month period.
• At least one order of $300 AUD must be placed every 3 months.
HIGH DEMAND PERIODS
During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas), order cut-off dates may apply.
• Cut-off dates will be communicated via email and our website.
• Orders placed after cut-off dates cannot be guaranteed within standard processing timeframes.
• Once an order is placed, we may begin production or sourcing immediately and may not allow changes or cancellations unless costs are covered or otherwise agreed.
PRODUCT USE & BRANDING
• Lee & Lou products must not be altered for resale and must be sold under the brand name Lee & Lou Collections in original packaging.
• Please contact us if you have any questions about product use.
RETAIL PRICING
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time unless already invoiced.
• RRPs are listed on our website and serve as a guide only.
• Products must not be sold below the set RRP unless clearly marked as on sale.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGES
• Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted.
• Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
• As all products are handmade, some natural variation may occur.
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
• All images are copyrighted and owned by Lee & Lou Collections.
• Approved stockists may use our images for promotion, provided Lee & Lou is tagged where possible.
LIABILITY
Lee & Lou is not liable for losses, damages, or expenses arising from breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
• Not all products or fragrances may be available for wholesale.
• Available items can be viewed in the “Quick Order Form” once logged in.
EXCLUSIVITY
• Stockist accounts do not automatically receive territorial exclusivity.
ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel wholesale accounts at any time if circumstances change or if our brand is misrepresented.
TESTER POLICY
• Testers are for customer sampling only and are priced accordingly.
• Stockists suspected of purchasing testers for personal use may have their accounts suspended.
• One tester per new range may be ordered, with saleable stock required before a second tester is approved.
• Testers are full-size products without packaging and should be displayed at the front of your store.
• We strongly recommend maintaining testers, as they significantly increase sales.
CANDLE CARE
• We recommend covering tester candles with a cloche (glass dome) to maintain freshness and scent strength.
• Please store candles away from direct sunlight, as heat/light may cause discolouration or sweating.
