DISPATCH TIME: All orders are sent from our HQ on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched. In most cases your order will be dispatched sooner than this, but this allows time for us to make any products which are "made to order".

STANDARD SHIPPING: takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia. For a shipping estimate, visit the Australia Post website and enter ‘4557’ Mooloolaba in the 'From' field. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING: To receive your order faster (once it has been dispatched from us), we recommend selecting the "Express Shipping" option at checkout. *Please note; this option only applies to our shipping carriers service, it does not fast track or give priority to fulfilling your order.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP: Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup directly from us in Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. After placing your order and selecting "local pickup" at checkout, your order will be ready for pick up within 3 business days (often sooner). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions. 

PRE-ORDERS: If your item is on "pre-order", it will be dispatched once it becomes available. You can find estimated delivery timeframes on the product page of your chosen item. If your order contains multiple items with one or more "pre-order" item/s, these will be sent together once the pre-order item/s are ready for dispatch. *Please note; "pre-order" time frames are an estimate only and are subject to change due to certain circumstances out of our control.

SHIPPING PROTECTION: We highly recommend that you add SHIPPING PROTECTION to your order for only $2.95 extra. This will cover you for loss, theft or damage to your goods within 30 days. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged we will issue a replacement if shipping protection has been approved.
